Enjoy hands‑on work and variety in your day? We are seeking a practical and reliable Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team in a full‑time, permanent role. This is a diverse position where no two days are the same. You will play an important role in maintaining our farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to keep our operations running smoothly. The successful applicant will be mechanically minded, enjoy problem‑solving, and be willing to get involved in all aspects of maintenance. Formal trade qualifications are welcomed but not essential if you can demonstrate strong practical skills and experience. Hours are predominantly Monday to Friday , averaging 40-45 hours per week . Key Responsibilities Carry out planned maintenance activities Respond to breakdowns and maintenance issues in a timely manner to minimise operational disruption Undertake preventative maintenance tasks Perform repairs and maintenance on pumps, motors, fans, water systems, buildings, and general site infrastructure Assist with projects, installations, and facility improvements Support contractors and external service providers as required Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure maintenance systems are kept up to date Follow all health, safety, biosecurity, and environmental requirements Assist with general maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities and livestock are well cared for What’s in it for you?
