Return & Warranty Specialist We’re looking for a Return & Warranty Specialist to join our RA Department at our Auckland Head Office. You’ll support the end-to-end returns and warranty process, from processing non-faulty returns and managing branch faulty stock, through to creating and updating RA tickets and coordinating repair, replacement, credit and rejection outcomes. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, so clear communication and a methodical approach are essential. It’s a hands‑on role that suits someone organised, customer‑focused and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks. Process customer and branch returns in line with RA procedures, including non-faulty returns and faulty stock received from branches Receive, check, organise and prepare returned or warranty items for assessment, storage, dispatch to vendors, repair, replacement, credit or other approved outcome Assist with incoming stock, courier bookings, dispatch documentation, credits, courier claims, write‑offs and other RA‑related paperwork Create, update and maintain RA tickets accurately, including product details, customer information, warranty status, repair progress and final outcomes Track repair, replacement and credit progress with suppliers and internal teams, following up within expected timeframes Apply RA and warranty procedures consistently when processing repair, replacement, credit or rejected warranty claim outcomes, escalating complex cases where required Respond to customer RA and warranty enquiries by phone or email in a professional, helpful and timely manner Explain RA and warranty processes clearly to customers, keeping them informed of claim progress Liaise with the RA team, customer service, branches, suppliers and other internal departments to resolve enquiries and progress claims efficiently Work collaboratively with the wider RA and customer service team, sharing knowledge and supporting workload priorities Requirements 2-3 years’ experience in returns, warranty, technical support, logistics or a related customer service field is required Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and process Confident, clear communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple RA tickets and priorities at once A customer‑first attitude and a calm, professional approach to resolving enquiries A team player who is happy to share knowledge and support colleagues A genuine commitment to health and safety in the workplace What We Offer Staff purchasing benefits on a wide range of IT and tech products Access to exclusive discounts and deals through partner brands and lifestyle providers Access to PB Boost (our wellbeing program) including activities, health initiatives and wellness support Collaborative and supportive team culture with a strong focus on inclusivity and growth Southern Cross Health Insurance (Wellbeing One plan) after 1 year of full-time employment Start date ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
