Majestic at Takanini – Takanini, North Island Key responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, hot chocolate drinks, teas, and other beverages to the highest standard. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, counter, and seating areas. Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Handle cash, take payments and operate the POS, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Follow health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Be knowledgeable about menu items and suggest drinks to customers based on their preferences. About you Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive, friendly attitude and a team-oriented approach. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays. A Manager’s Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
