We are on the lookout for a hardworking process operator to join our busy anodising team. This is a hands on role in a factory environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has high attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Key responsibilities Preparing and hanging aluminium products for anodising Assisting with loading and unloading items on the line Assisting in anodising applications Quality Checking finished products Processing and organising completed jobs General cleaning and upkeep of the work area Following Health & Safety guidelines About you Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well in a team environment Physically fit – must be able to lift and move aluminium regularly Have a positive "can do" attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Previous factory working experience is advantageous but not essential for the role Full training and support Supportive, hardworking team environment Work for a company that values its team members The opportunity to progress your own career About us FINEX is a well-established Anodising plant, where we anodise aluminium extrusions.
