About the role Due to continued business growth, our client is now seeking a Customer Services/Operator, who has experience in Imports and Export to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. What you'll be doing Manage the end to end process for a portfolio of import and export customers Preparing quotations for both air and sea freight shipments. Coordinate and oversee the import and export of freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery Liaise with overseas agents and international partners, customers, and service providers to manage logistics and provide excellent customer service Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, and other shipping and airfreight documentation Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process Invoicing What we're looking for Solid international freight forwarding experience, ideally an all rounder in both import and exports operations.
