The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking a Claimant Support Specialist to help survivors engage with historic redress processes across government agencies. Based in Wellington and Auckland, you will provide compassionate, end-to-end support from first contact through to claim completion. You will assess eligibility, share information about the claims process, connect claimants to supports, and mentor colleagues, all while maintaining dignity, respect, and trauma-informed care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
