United Cellars is looking for a curious, hands‑on Systems, Data & eCommerce Coordinator to help manage the systems, website, integrations and data that support our eCommerce, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. This is a varied, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, managing eCommerce platforms and finding smarter ways for systems to work together. You don't need to be a developer, but you should be technically confident, comfortable working with websites and business systems, and willing to investigate problems independently. We're looking for someone who can help us keep those connections working effectively, maintain and improve our eCommerce environment, and make better use of the data behind the business. The Role Sitting across eCommerce, Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales, you'll take ownership of a broad range of website, systems and data activities. You'll help manage the day‑to‑day operation of our eCommerce website, troubleshoot website and system issues, maintain integrations, manage data and reporting, and identify opportunities to improve both the customer experience and the way our internal teams work. This isn't a role where you'll simply wait for a list of tickets. We're looking for someone who is comfortable investigating problems, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of solutions. What You'll Be Doing Support the day‑to‑day management and administration of our Shopify eCommerce website , ensuring content, functionality and integrations are operating correctly. Identify and troubleshoot website issues, coordinate fixes and test changes before and after implementation. Support website updates, product merchandising, landing pages and other eCommerce requirements in collaboration with Marketing, Buying and Sales. Monitor the online customer journey and identify opportunities to improve website usability, functionality and conversion . Work with internal stakeholders and external developers or technology partners where more technical website changes are required. Monitor, investigate and resolve errors and exceptions across our business systems. Manage and maintain our integration platform, Celigo , helping ensure data flows correctly between Shopify, NetSuite and other connected systems. Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, scheduled reports and dashboards to provide useful information to teams across the business. Manage and maintain customer data supporting our Marketing and Sales teams, including data cleaning, segmentation, campaign targeting and CRM workflows. Support Klaviyo data and audience requirements in collaboration with Marketing. Respond to ad‑hoc system, website, reporting and data requests from across the business. Assist with user accounts, access permissions, login issues and other general systems administration. Identify patterns in recurring website or system issues and recommend longer–term solutions rather than repeated workarounds. Explore opportunities to use AI and automation tools to reduce manual work, improve workflows and increase efficiency. Document system configurations, processes, fixes and improvements so knowledge is retained and shared across the business. What We're Looking For We're less concerned about whether you've held this exact job title before and more interested in how you approach websites, systems, data and problem‑solving . You’ll ideally be someone who: Has experience working with eCommerce websites or digital platforms and is comfortable managing day‑to‑day website requirements. Is naturally curious about technology and enjoys understanding how systems work together. Is comfortable investigating website, data and system problems independently before escalating them. Learns new software, platforms and processes quickly. Is confident working with data and understands the importance of accuracy and good data management. Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion. Can manage competing requests in a fast‑moving commercial environment. Communicates technical issues clearly to non‑technical colleagues. Enjoys working across different areas of a business rather than staying within one narrow function. Is interested in AI, automation and finding smarter ways to work . Experience We'd Value Experience with some of the following would be highly regarded: Shopify or similar eCommerce platform administration Website or eCommerce management Website merchandising, content management and landing pages Website testing, troubleshooting and coordinating technical fixes Understanding of UX, customer journey and conversion optimisation NetSuite Celigo Integrator Klaviyo CRM and marketing database management Customer segmentation and audience/list management Integration platforms or API‑based workflows Data reporting, dashboards and data management SQL, Python, JavaScript or other scripting/programming AI tools and workflow automation General IT, user access or server administration If you've managed websites or eCommerce platforms, are confident working with data and systems, and have demonstrated that you can learn new technology quickly, we'd still like to hear from you. You’ll be comfortable moving between technical, eCommerce and commercial conversations and working with people across the business. You don't need a defined checklist to feel productive.
