What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Job security Career progression opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment Ongoing training and upskilling Employee discounts on parts and servicing Free WOFs for your personal vehicle Additional staff perks and benefits Key Responsibilities Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance Perform Warrant of Fitness (WOF) inspections Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet agreed timeframes Deliver excellent customer service Operate workshop equipment and tools safely and correctly Report directly to the Workshop Controller/Director What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience as an Automotive Technician Experience working across a wide range of vehicle makes and models Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence (or international equivalent) Strong diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills Current WOF Authority preferred, or eligible to obtain one Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset Commitment to high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction Must currently be in New Zealand and hold NZ residency or valid work rights About Us At Auto Super Shoppe Kapiti, we're more than just a workplace-we're a close-knit team.
