Oranga Tamariki in Auckland, NZ seeks a committed Site Manager for our Panmure site on a permanent basis. You will provide strong leadership and manage the delivery of high quality child protection services to tamariki, rangatahi and whānau, modelling mana tamaiti, whakapapa and whānaungātanga. You will lead a large team (approx. 40 staff), engage with partners including iwi/Māori and Pasifika, oversee budget, HR and health and safety, and contribute to strategic planning and risk management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
