Glass Vice Products – North Shore, North Island We're looking for a hands-on Inventory and Supply Chain Co-ordinator to keep our critical stock available and our purchasing on track. This role is based in our Head office, but you'll regularly head to our warehouses to physically check and verify stock — it's not just a desk job producing reports. Key responsibilities Monitor minimum reorder levels daily and place purchase orders with suppliers. Physically verify stock levels in the warehouse and investigate discrepancies. Run stock turnover reports to identify top sellers and slow-moving stock. Coordinate container bookings, customs clearance, and freight forwarding for imported goods. Build strong working relationships with the Warehouse Manager, Director, and CFO. About you Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar inventory, stock control, purchasing, or supply chain role. A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP/inventory systems. Understanding of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance. Strong communication skills, including reporting clearly to senior management.
