Ideally, you will have experience in the secondary sector, and will haveheld roles that demonstrate: The ability to lead a dynamic and highfunctioning team, creating positive and productive relationships withstudents, colleagues, whānau, and the wider school ecosystem The ability to plan and prioritise tasks, havea high attention to detail, and be principled yet agile The ability to see and create opportunities tomake continual improvements, both organisational/structural and personal Youmay be an experienced leader looking to further refine and apply your currentskillset in a new, dynamic environment or you may be looking to step into yourfirst significant leadership role and have the drive and passion to supportthis. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead thedepartment into and through the upcoming curriculum and assessment changes. Aswell as running a top-performing HPE Scholarship programme, we have a range ofHealth and PE courses, including Sports Science and Outdoor Education.
