WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a recent LLB graduate who has completed their university studies, has started their Professional Legal Studies or is awaiting admission, and have a particular interest in Property Development & Rural Law . Based in Pukekohe, you will be providing research and legal support to a team working on a range of matters, including: Large scale subdivisions, rural subdivisions and unit title subdivisions Boundary adjustments and transferrable title rights (TTRs) Residential conveyancing - buying & selling homes and investment properties Restrictive covenants Funding arrangements and security arrangements Buying and selling farms Leasing farms Water supply rights Sharemilker agreements and farm succession General contractual advice and much more You will be a hard worker and team player, but most importantly you will have a passion for law, client and community service.
