Your primary responsibilities will include: Leadership of year level: Oversight of a specific year level, including pastoral care, student engagement, and academic progress. Department leadership: Supporting allocated departments with leadership, guidance, and House system: Oversee house system including House Dean. Enrolments: Lead transition for year 8’s to college. Attendance: Lead attendance initiatives and tracking across school. Other duties: As negotiated.
