Casual Gardener/mower Operator

We're looking for reliable casual workers to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces across multiple retirement villages in the region. As needed, you'll assist with a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks, including: Mowing small plant areas Weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming Developing new garden beds and landscapes Hand-pulling weeds and vegetation control You'll work as part of a team to keep these spaces looking great while ensuring safety for yourself, your team, and the residents. Who We're Looking For: No prior experience? No problem! If you enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you'll have: A full, current driver's licence (with experience driving manual is preferred) A solid work ethic and a hands-on, can-do attitude Knowledge of health and safety practices (or a willingness to learn) Good communication skills, as you may interact with residents and the wider community members The physical fitness to handle the demands of the role Why Join Us?
