We're searching for someone who is passionate about massage therapy and committed to delivering exceptional spa experiences. While massage is the cornerstone of this role, you'll also be confident providing a range of beauty treatments. About the role Delivering exceptional relaxation, therapeutic, and spa treatments Providing a range of beauty services within your qualifications Creating a warm, luxurious five-star experience that keeps clients returning Recommending and retailing professional products suited to each client's needs Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Supporting the continued growth and success of the spa by building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service What we're looking for A recognised Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy qualification (essential) A genuine passion for massage therapy and wellness Confidence delivering a range of beauty services alongside massage A warm, caring, and professional approach to client care Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Reliability, initiative, and a positive team-focused attitude New graduates and experienced therapists are both encouraged to apply—we're happy to support the right person to thrive.
