To help you succeed, you'll bring: A Bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline Experience in a Quality, Technical or Laboratory role within FMCG, food, beverage, dairy or a similar manufacturing environment Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO17025, FSSC22000, GMP and HACCP Experience with analytical testing, method development and validation (HPLC experience highly regarded) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or data analytics tools such as Power BI Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions A strong focus on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement Highly regarded but not essential: Experience with customer quality standards, audits and regulatory requirements Knowledge of sanitation programs, CIP systems or predictive maintenance diagnostics Continuous improvement or project management experience Experience training and developing others If you're not an expert in all these areas, don't worry!
