Expressions of Interest - Financial Accountant - London This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to statutory reporting, audit coordination, financial compliance, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple entities. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, improving processes, and helping drive finance transformation projects within a collaborative and high-performing environment. Key responsibilities Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements across multiple European entities Coordinate with external auditors and advisers to ensure timely completion of audits and local filings Assist with tax and treasury-related activities across the region Support finance transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives Review and strengthen financial controls, policies and reporting processes Build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across international offices Contribute to month-end close, budgeting and forecasting activities as required About you CA qualified accountant Newly qualified or up to 3 years post-qualified experience Audit-trained, ideally from Big 4, Top 20 or mid-tier practice environment Strong understanding of IFRS, statutory reporting and financial controls Exposure to multi-entity, international or group reporting environments is preferred Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and v lookups) and confidence learning new finance systems Prior experience with SAP is beneficial Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement, automation and finance transformation Hybrid working arrangement in London - 3 days in office Opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership Involvement in finance transformation and automation projects Clear progression opportunities within a global organisation Supportive, collaborative and high-performing team environment Please note, no sponsorship is available for this position.
