Administration Assistant

About the Role Permanent, Full Time We're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our research teams with a range of administrative and reception duties. You'll play an important role in keeping our clinical research operations running smoothly through accurate record keeping, document management, participant support, and front‑of‑house administration. Key responsibilities include: Prepare, scan, file and maintain research documentation Support archiving activities and record management Complete data entry and general administrative tasks Welcome visitors and provide front desk reception services Answer and direct phone calls and manage incoming mail Coordinate travel arrangements for study participants Support compliance with research quality standards and procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation across studies Tracking of laboratory results Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow processes and work independently Administrative, reception, hospitality or healthcare experience A professional approach to confidentiality and record keeping Benefits At NZCR, we recognise that our people are key to our success.
