The Beachfront Home & Hospital is known for their welcoming environments and dedicated teams. We are currently seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our teams for casual positions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while gaining valuable experience in aged residential care. About the Role Provide person-centred care and support to residents with daily living activities Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to deliver excellent care Shifts available across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays-- morning, afternoon, and night. What We’re Looking For A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in supporting older people Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work a range of shifts and locations as required Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in aged care is advantageous.
