Key Responsibilities Operate mill line machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Support the wider team to achieve daily production targets. Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Perform basic machinery maintenance and assist with troubleshooting when required. Contribute positively to a busy, hands-on team environment. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing experience is essential. Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working around machinery. A reliable, hardworking approach. Strong team player with a positive attitude. Ability to handle a physical, fast-paced role.
