We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to ensure our guests enjoy spotless, welcoming rooms. Key Responsibilities Room Servicing: Strip and remake beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest hotel standards. Restocking: Ensure all rooms are fully supplied with fresh towels, linens, and complimentary toiletries. Guest Assistance: Promptly respond to guest requests for extra items or assistance with a professional and friendly manner. Safety & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with fellow housekeepers to meet daily room turnover targets. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended shifts. Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required A valid New Zealand work visa or be a New Zealand citizen (we DO NOT sponsor applicants) Competitive hourly rate of $26 - $28 (based on experience).
