Urgent Care Fellow | Acting Medical Director Acting Medical Director (UC Fellow) Urgent Care Franklin Urgent Care is at its best when supported by excellent leadership, experienced colleagues, and a dedicated team. Urgent Care Franklin is seeking an Acting Medical Director (UC Fellow) to join our well-established Urgent Care service in early 2027. This is a unique opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role for a one-year fixed-term appointment, covering an extended leave period. Working alongside experienced Urgent Care clinicians, skilled nursing teams, and operational leaders, you'll help shape clinical excellence, support trainee development, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of South Auckland's busiest and most respected Urgent Care services. The opportunity to supervise and mentor Urgent Care trainees, helping develop the next generation of Urgent Care clinicians. What We're Looking For Experienced Urgent Care Fellow Current MCNZ registration and practising certificate. Demonstrated clinical excellence and confidence managing a broad range of presentations. Experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising junior clinicians and trainees. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
