We are looking for a Production Operator / Bioreactor Operator to join our growing team and help scale the production of our biomaterials. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. We're looking for someone who can become a key part of our manufacturing team, someone we can count on every day to keep production running smoothly and reliably. Job Duties/Responsibilities Prepare media and raw materials following established procedures. Set up, operate, clean, and maintain bioreactors and production equipment. Execute production batches according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor production runs and document process parameters. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Perform routine quality control checks and maintain organized quality control records. Ensure equipment and workspaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures. Identify issues during production and communicate them promptly. Help improve production efficiency and manufacturing processes as the company grows. Qualifications Experience operating bioreactors, fermentation systems, or other manufacturing equipment is a plus, but not required . Experience in biotechnology, manufacturing, food production, brewing, pharmaceuticals, or another process-based industry is beneficial. Ability to carefully follow written procedures and recipes. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing consistent results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where responsibilities evolve. Able to lift equipment and materials as needed and spend extended periods on your feet.
