LSG Group – Auckland airport is seeking a qualified Senior Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen. You will manage the kitchen, its staff and resources under the Production Manager, ensuring meals are produced to specification and in line with LSG quality standards. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in large-scale catering, strong leadership and the ability to mentor staff.
