As a part-time Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll be at the heart of it, delivering memorable experiences across the bar, restaurant, room service, conferencing and events. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests warmly, setting the tone for an experience that goes beyond the expected from the very first moment. Take orders with confidence, guide guests through the menu and accommodate dietary requirements and special requests with ease. Deliver food and beverages promptly and to presentation standard across all outlets, whether in the restaurant, at the bar, in-room or at an event. Keep your section clean, organised and guest-ready at all times, from table resets through to restocking. Upsell thoughtfully, recommending menu items, specials and beverages that genuinely add to the guest experience. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, handle payments accurately and uphold all health, safety and hygiene standards throughout every shift. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a similar food and beverage or hospitality role. A working knowledge of food and beverage including wine and cocktails (training will be provided). A genuine love of hospitality and the ability to read a room and adapt on the fly. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a busy service environment.
