What You’ll Be Doing Achieve and exceed sales targets Identify opportunities to increase sales and add value for customers Maximise commission opportunities through exceptional service and product knowledge Welcome customers and guide them through our extensive product range Provide expert advice and tailored solutions Support customers throughout their buying journey and beyond Build Long-Term Relationships Create trust and rapport with homeowners, builders, renovators, and trade customers Turn first-time buyers into loyal repeat customers Become a trusted product expert Keep Operations Running Smoothly Process sales accurately through our point-of-sale system Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience Be Part of a High-Performing Team Bring positive energy every day Contribute to a supportive and winning team culture Celebrate success and help drive business growth What We’re Looking For We hire for attitude and potential as much as experience. You’ll be someone who: Loves working with people and building relationships Has a passion for sales and achieving results Delivers exceptional customer service Is confident, professional, and well-presented Learns quickly and enjoys developing product knowledge Has good computer skills and numerical accuracy Is reliable, positive, and motivated to succeed Has full New Zealand working rights Is available to work weekends Experience in bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, building supplies, furniture, plumbing, electrical products, or home improvement is a bonus, but not essential.
