We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Wellington maintenance team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll lead a small crew delivering a wide variety of maintenance and repair works across the network. From repairing damaged handrails, barriers and retaining walls through to concreting, pothole repairs and general civil maintenance, no two days will be the same. Working closely with the Supervisor, you'll help plan daily activities, coordinate resources, mentor team members and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
