Integrity Recruitment - Wellington, North Island Delivery Driver & Load Coordinator - Aluminium Windows and Doors We’re seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver & Load Coordinator to join a busy and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing the job safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading, securing, and delivering windows, doors, glass, and related products. You’ll also coordinate and guide team members during loadouts to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. This is a physically demanding role with the opportunity to take ownership of your workload and make decisions on the best way to handle and transport materials. What You’ll Be Doing Load and secure products onto trucks, trailers, vans, and utes. Handle very heavy items (25-200kg), individually or as part of a team lift. Coordinate and guide team members during loadouts for efficiency and safety. Plan load configurations to maximise space and minimise risk of damage. Operate delivery vehicles safely (Class 1 required; Class 2 & forklift advantageous). Maintain accurate delivery logs and load documentation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in loading trucks, trailers, vans, or similar vehicles. Class 1 driver licence (Class 2 and forklift advantageous). Ability to handle heavy loads safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and record-keeping. Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented.
