FIRED PIZZA COMPANY in Albany Heights, North Island, is seeking a wood fired pizza maker. You can be experienced or a recent graduate eager to learn the craft of Napoletena style pizzas in a garden setting by the beach. You will work with Italian wood ovens, learn dough handling, fire management, topping, and service. Starting rate $27 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
