Wai Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our Queenstown venues—Public Italian Kitchen, Finz Seafood & Grill and Bella Cucina. You will lead kitchen sections, uphold standards, and contribute to cost controls. You should have 3+ years in a professional kitchen or a cookery qualification with 1+ year experience, a passion for food, and strong teamwork.
