Safe On Site NZ Ltd - Onekawa, North Island We're looking for an health and safety administration person that can support consultants with bookings, administration work and assist to keep necessary office tasks ticking over. This role can offer flexible work hours 30-40 hours, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational skills along with attention to detail. In addition, you need to be proficient with Word and Excel. We're after a well organised, multi tasker who can take ownership and responsibility for tasks assigned by consultants along with assisting the office to run smoothly. For the right person, there are opportunities to develop and grow within the role, including the potential to take on greater responsibilities within the health and safety field. Previous administration experience would be an advantage. Experience within health and safety is not essential, as training and support can be provided. Key responsibilities HS Administration support for consultants & health nurse Assist with general day to day running of the office Keeping our office plants alive About you Be a self-starter and a great communicator with a sense of humour Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise Be happy to pick up the phone and talk to people Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Word and Excel) About us Safe On Site is an established health and safety company that has been operating for over 15 years.
