Bettle‑Associates is a Waikato-based brand and marketing agency that orients its brand, marketing, culture, experience, design and media services around a focus on customer-centricity. We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our wider digital offering. Perched in our glass box above a stunning central stretch of the Waikato River in Hamilton, we work with clients within the region, across the country, and around the world – including large-scale global businesses and some of NZ's most recognisable brands. The Role: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in planning, managing and optimising data-driven digital campaigns across a range of platforms (including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and any other emerging media channels). If you're passionate about performance marketing and excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Plan, setup, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple paid platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max, etc) Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn Ads, and any other emerging digital channels Monitor and analyse campaign performance for key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, conversions, CPM, CPA, etc. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve performance and ROI Deliver regular performance reports, turning performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Collaborate with the wider team to develop and improve campaign strategy and effectiveness. Keep up to date with changes across digital platforms, advertising technology and the wider digital marketing landscape. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record delivering campaigns across multiple channels Strong knowledge of digital platforms A strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Google Ads and/or Meta certifications Experience with TikTok and Snapchat advertising Experience with Looker Studio or other digital reporting platforms. Agency experience or experience managing multiple clients and campaigns.
