Landscape Gardeners

Lawn Rulers Limited is seeking motivated Landscape Gardeners to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, delivering high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation. Install and maintain irrigation systems, pathways, and garden structures. Perform soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control as required. Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and equipment safely. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Monitor and report on garden health, growth, and maintenance needs. Assist with seasonal planting, garden renovations, and other special projects. Requirements: Relevant Level 4 qualification Or 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field. Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticultural services would be an advantage. Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices. Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibile to work early mornings and weekend Why Join Us: Competitive payrate between $30 to $34 per hour depending on skills and experience. Full-time permanent role, minimum 30 hours per week.
