Harcourts Team Group is a stable, successful and spritely company with 13 offices throughout Wellington – from our hip new Wellington City office right out to Levin. Based in our HQ in Mana, you will be integral to the success of our busy team of over 150 salespeople (and growing). This is a unique three part role that entails graphic design work, content creation and product ownership of some of our brand templates. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude. We would love you to think on your toes, always be thinking ahead and coming up with great ideas to improve our business. Real Estate industry experience would be advantageous but by no means essential as full training will be given. Key Responsibilities: Preparing campaign material for our listing presentations and property campaigns Managing our Print Hub, making sure our print marketing material has been printed and delivered to our agents before deadline Maintaining our print advertising campaigns across multiple advertisers include newspapers, magazines, billboards and direct mail marketing Strategising upcoming marketing campaigns with the wider marketing team Effectively manage your workflow and ensure all jobs are completed within the required timeframes Manage company email marketing. Essential qualities required of the role include: Strong Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in Canva Experience creating beautiful design templates from scratch with sometimes tight print media timeframes Service-oriented mindset Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines A tertiary qualification in marketing/design and/or equivalent or relevant experience is strongly preferred.
