Halberg Foundation in Auckland is seeking an energetic Youth Development Worker to engage with our Youth Council and broader youth cohort. You will design programmes that help young leaders grow, learn, and give back to their communities. Based at our Parnell offices, you will foster a safe, inclusive space, mentor participants, and collaborate with the Halberg adviser team to identify local opportunities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
