Through community engagement, insight gathering and policy advice, it supports initiatives that build capability and drive intergenerational transformation. Tewhaiwāhitanga| The opportunity Reporting to theRegional Director,theKaihāpaiwears many hats while supporting the day-to-day running of the office. Mahi includes: Runningdaily office operations, includingfieldiningquiries,openingand closing the office, managing supplies,coordinatingstaff whereabouts, andorganisingall staffhui. Providing administration support to theTeTai Tokerautīmaincluding data entry,printingand using the Microsoft Officesuite. Managing theTeTaiTokerauvehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance. Managing office security and emergency procedures. The likely appointment range is$60,201to $67,572per annum based on skills and experience. To be successful in this role you will Havedemonstratedadministration support experience Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite Havestrong communicationskills – both written and oral Excel in both collaborative and independent work environments Possess excellent organisational skillsand the ability to prioritise your workload Have an understanding ofthe importance oftereoMāori inteaoMāori, and are comfortable in an environment wheretereois spoken Local knowledge of marae, hapū, iwi, service providersisdesirable but not essential.
