About the role This is an exciting role in our organisation that plays an essential role in maintaining document control, printing services, and the delivery of key administrative support functions. The role provides administrative support to the Patient Safety Team, Forms Committee, and ongoing digitalisation initiatives. This role is primarily accountable for: To ensure that all documentation produced, printed, and distributed meets the required standards and has progressed through the appropriate approval and governance processes The role also ensures that documentation is managed effectively, including confirming whether a digital version is available and appropriate for use, thereby supporting consistency, compliance, and efficient information management across the organisation Support the transition from paper-based forms to digital solutions This role is varied and needs someone that can work well on their own as well as be part of large team and remain friendly and helpful at all times. About you Our ideal candidate will support and grow our administration service. You will have a positive outlook and an eagerness for learning new roles and process and taking your fellow colleagues along on the journey.
