About the role Deliver high-quality personal care and support residents’ wellbeing. You’ll work closely with nursing staff and the wider care team to ensure safe, respectful, and culturally responsive care. Immediate availability or ability to start within two weeks is desirable. Key responsibilities Provide personal care with respect and compassion Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing Monitor and report changes in resident health or behaviour Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment Follow care plans and facility policies Work collaboratively to ensure continuity of care Skills & experience To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Experience in aged care or a similar care environment Confidence working night shifts independently Strong understanding of safe care practices Calm, reliable, and professional approach NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa essential Benefits At Alden, you’ll enjoy a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of elderly residents in your community.
