Role Summary Reporting to the GM Sales & Marketing, this is a career-defining opportunity to shape the next phase of growth for one of NZ's fastest-growing personal care brands. As National Business Manager, you'll own the Foodstuffs North Island and South Island relationships end to end, from commercial negotiation through to field execution via a third-party sales agency. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead account plans across Foodstuffs NI and SI to hit sales and profit targets Lead commercial negotiations and joint business planning with Foodstuffs buyers Use scan and shopper data (Dunnhumby and Circana) to spot trends, risks and opportunities Lead new product and category reviews with Marketing and Category colleagues Design and manage promotional plans within agreed investment guardrails Manage and direct the third-party field sales agency, setting cycle and annual objectives Own forecasting and S&OP input, working closely with the Category & Demand Manager Get out in the trade regularly to identify and act on growth opportunities Coach and develop one direct report - Assistant Account Manager Key Skills & Experience Required Proven National Account Manager or Business Manager background in FMCG grocery Confident leading commercial negotiations with major NZ grocery buyers Comfortable working hands-on with scan, shopper and sales data to drive decisions Experience managing a field team directly or through a third-party agency Strong stakeholder engagement across category, marketing and supply chain A true sales leader who wants to build and shape a growing portfolio, not just maintain one Genuine enthusiasm for natural personal care and grocery retail What's In It For You This is a rare chance to run a major grocery relationship for a brand continuing to write its growth story.
