Our team has contributed to many of New Zealands significant and complex building and infrastructure projects like Sky City, international convention centre, Central interceptor, University of Auckland City Campus. Who can Apply Our programme is open to: Recent graduates who completed their studies within the past two years Current students expecting to complete their studies in 2027 or 2028. Our student pathway includes an RLB scholarship, helping you build industry knowledge and professional connections while you study. People taking an alternative education or career pathway who can demonstrate relevant skills, experience and a strong interest in the built environment. Your work will matter from day one You will be part of a team that enable clients make confident commercial decisions across buildings and infrastructure:- the places and systems communities rely on every day. What you’ll get stuck into Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases and early project planning. Develop estimates and cost plans from concept through design. Advise on value, design options and commercial risk. Support procurement, tendering and contractor selection. Monitor costs, assess claims and variations, and forecast project outcomes. Turn complex information into clear, practical advice for clients. You will have real responsibility, but never expected to figure it out alone. Feel comfortable working with numbers and information Enjoy solving problems and asking thoughtful questions. Communicate clearly and work well with others.
