Are you passionate about cosmetics, and connecting with people? We're looking for enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to join our team at Auckland Airport on a Permanent Full Time basis. This is your opportunity to represent some of the world's iconic beauty brands while creating memorable experiences for customers from around the globe. If you thrive in a retail environment, love connecting with people, and get excited about the latest makeup & costmetic products, we'd love to hear from you. The brands you may work with include those who specialize in makeup/cosmetics, including – Bobbi Brown, Hourglass Cosmetics and Marc Jacobs As you'll be working with some of our amazing beauty brands, you'll need to have makeup experience, whether that's through formal training, a beauty qualification, or self taught – a practical makeup skillset application will apply. Due to our airport environment, you must be flexible to work weekends (both days may be required), early mornings and late nights, public holidays. What you’ll do Create memorable shopping experiences for international and local customers Share your knowledge of cosmetic products with confidence and enthusiasm Recommend products tailored to customers' needs and preferences Build strong customer relationships Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding service Maintain well presented counters and displays Process transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional results What we’re looking for Experience in makeup – either through a certificate or self taught Previous retail or sales experience Strong sales skills and confidence in making product recommendations Immaculate personal presentation The ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new brands and products Work with some of the world's most recognised cosmetic brands Be part of a supportive and experienced team Meet and engage with customers from around the world Enjoy staff discounts across our stores Grow your retail and beauty career in a unique airport environment Why join us?
