RobLawMax Recruitment – Wanganui, North Island RobLawMax Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Scanpower to recruit a Network Delivery Manager to lead field operations across their electricity distribution network. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of maintenance delivery, capital works, fault response and field operations within a highly respected community-owned electricity network. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will be responsible for leading field teams and contractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Scanpower and its customers. This role would suit an experienced: Key Responsibilities Leadership of field-based network staff and support personnel Delivery of maintenance and capital work programmes Contractor and resource management Fault response and restoration activities Workforce planning and utilisation Health, safety and operational performance Stakeholder engagement across the business Continuous improvement of delivery processes and performance About You You will be a practical and respected leader who enjoys working with people and creating high-performing teams. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience within electricity distribution, utilities, infrastructure or a related operational environment Proven people leadership capability Strong safety leadership and operational focus Experience delivering maintenance, capital works or field service programmes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness and planning capability A solutions-focused approach and ability to make sound decisions under pressure Why Join Scanpower?
