About the role We’re looking for a Graduate Revit Technician who is keen to learn the science of construction modelling and documentation, and who wants to grow into a future Design Coordinator, BIM Manager, or Digital Engineer. This is a rare graduate opportunity to help improve construction efficiency at a national level, using modern design, modelling, and collaboration technologies. Key responsibilities Multidisciplinary construction (shop) modelling and documentation Assisting with design coordination, including clash detection Working alongside senior BIM and digital engineering specialists Supporting project teams from design through to construction delivery Skills & experience Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Eager to learn and develop technical and industry knowledge NZ work rights (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa) Any exposure to building services, construction, or design environments Tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, building services, or related field What we offer Structured learning and career development pathways Exposure to major construction projects across New Zealand Supportive team environment with experienced mentors Flexible working arrangements and genuine work-life balance Fair and competitive graduate remuneration #J-18808-Ljbffr
