Reservations Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) Are you fluent in Mandarin and English, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? As Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Mandarin and English (additional languages are a bonus!)
