About the Role About the Role This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will be across sales, dispatch coordination, and warranty support. You will Deliver excellent customer service across calls, emails, and tickets Manage and prioritise sales and customer service enquiries Coordinate dispatch and resolve delivery or tracking issues Handle warranty claims from start to resolution Liaise with transport providers, installers, and internal teams Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience About You Strong communication and customer service skills Energetic, proactive, and ready to take ownership Highly organised with solid admin skills Problem solver with a customer-first mindset Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
