About the Role This role is all about helping people. You'll be the link between our customers, sales, production and warehouse teams, ensuring orders move seamlessly from the factory floor to the farm gate. One minute you'll be helping a customer who urgently needs parts, next you'll be confirming production, planning deliveries, organising freight or working with our warehouse to make sure an order leaves on time. You'll build long-term relationships with customers and dealers who trust BA to deliver when it matters most. During busy farming seasons things move quickly, but that's when this role shines. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers and keeping everyone informed, you'll fit right in. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role rewarding. What you'll be doing Looking After Our Customers Be the friendly voice customers trust when they need help. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Keep customers updated throughout the fulfilment process. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to deliver on promises. Build lasting relationships with customers and dealer networks. Keeping Products Moving Coordinate freight throughout New Zealand. Plan efficient delivery schedules. Work with freight providers to ensure products arrive on time. Resolve delivery issues before they become customer problems. Help improve freight efficiency and customer outcomes. Working Across the Business You'll work alongside Customer Service, Sales, Production and Warehouse teams every day, helping everyone stay connected and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from order through to delivery. We'd love to hear from you if... You've worked in a business where customer service really matters. That might include experience with: Agricultural machinery dealerships Rural retail Agricultural manufacturing Parts interpreting Freight or transport Customer service Supply chain or logistics You don't need to tick every box. If you're organised, enjoy helping people, communicate well and take pride in getting things right, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll bring A genuine passion for helping customers. Strong organisation and attention to detail. The ability to juggle multiple priorities. Great communication skills. Confidence learning new systems and technology. A proactive approach to solving problems. A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
