We're looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Liquor Tastings Specialist tobring our liquor department to life through engaging tastings, productdemonstrations, and exceptional customer experiences. About the Role As our Liquor Tastings Specialist, you will be responsiblefor planning and delivering product tastings and demonstrations that showcaseour range of wines, beers and specialty products. You'll help customersdiscover new favourites, drive sales, and create a memorable in-storeexperience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging liquor tastings and productdemonstrations. Share product knowledge and recommendations withcustomers. Create excitement around new products, promotions,and seasonal offerings. Work closely with the Liquor Manager and suppliers tocoordinate tasting events. Maintain presentation standards for tasting stationsand promotional displays. Ensure all tastings comply with Sale and Supply ofAlcohol legislation and company policies. Track sales performance and customer feedback fromtasting events. Assist with merchandising and promotional activitieswithin the liquor department. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for wine, beer and food pairings. Confident and engaging communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-buildingabilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Flexible availability, including Fridays, weekends,and key promotional periods. LCQ qualification or willingness to obtain one wouldbe preferred.
