EQUIP Recruitment – Wellington, North Island EQUIP People is looking for experienced Class 2-4 Sump Truck Operators to join a busy team working across the Wellington region. What You'll Be Doing Operating a Class 2-4 sump truck safely and efficiently Cleaning and maintaining stormwater sumps and drainage systems Operating vacuum and suction equipment Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment inspections Completing job documentation and reporting Working safely around live traffic and active worksites Following all company health & safety procedures Providing excellent customer service when working on public sites What We're Looking For Current New Zealand Class 2 or 4 Driver Licence Previous experience operating sump trucks, vacuum trucks, hydro excavation equipment or similar (preferred) Experience in civil, drainage, wastewater or infrastructure work is advantageous Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Strong commitment to health & safety Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen What's On Offer $28.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm Casual full-time hours Ongoing work available for the right candidate Specialist sump truck operation Training and development opportunities Weekly pay PPE provided Ongoing support from the EQUIP People team #J-18808-Ljbffr
