Scope View Projects Ltd – Pakowhai, North Island We have an opportunity available for a keen and energetic Architectural Designer to join our team, (Must hold a qualification in either design or construction).This is a challenging and exciting role that offers you the opportunity to be a part of a high performing and design led team in a family-friendly work environment. As part of this role, you will be doing design work, managing building consentsapplications, responding to RFIs, client meetings and working drawings. Primarily this is a design role with flexibility to adapt when needed. This Role: Preparing architectural documentation drawings, specifications and associated calculations. Prepare Building consent applications and liaison with local Territorial Authorities. Associated administrative duties when required. Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes are achieved. The ideal Candidate is: Proficient in Sketchup, Enscape or similar 3D rendering software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work. independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects. Experience in a variety of projects: small to large scale, working within a range of sectors. Educated in NZ Building Code. NZ Residents only to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
