Drive business development across the North Island with a focus on the poultry sector by actively building and managing your own customer portfolio. Visit poultry farms regularly to offer technical support and identify opportunities for our products. Be in close contact with farmers and the sector to listen to the challenges, and translate these potential opportunities. Implement and tailor our HyCare protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and biosecurity directly to the needs on the farm. Offer advice to farm managers and technical teams, providing actionable feedback that improves consistency in daily operations around biosecurity. Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction, products are used correctly and farm performance lifts. What we are looking for? We are looking for a driven, hands-on professional to join our team as the Commercial Manager for the North Island, doubling as our Technical Specialist for Poultry. Working closely with the Country Manager, you will take ownership of growing our business in the North Island and offering support to poultry customers. You will work with the country manager to tailor this approach to what the New Zealand farming sector needs. Poultry farming experience: When you set foot onto a farm, you have a sound understanding of what is happening. You understand the day-to-day realities and challenges of poultry farming from your own hands-on experience. Action-oriented commercial drive: You get energy from hitting the road, opening new doors, and turning a customer engagement into lasting partnerships. Independent : You don’t wait for a to-do list. You plan your own week, take real ownership of the North Island territory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build your own success.
